PM/Construction Portfolio
As a professional with hands-on experience in both the U.S. and Ecuador, I bring a well-rounded understanding of construction, development, and design coordination across residential and commercial projects. My background spans project coordination for high-end interiors in Miami, cost estimating for competitive bids, and development management support on luxury real estate projects. I’ve also led on-site construction teams abroad, giving me a unique perspective on field operations and resource management. This portfolio reflects my commitment to quality, organization, and delivering value at every stage of the construction process.

During my time at La Cúspide Constructora in Guayaquil, Ecuador, I was involved in the development of two master-planned residential communities, each consisting of approximately 600 townhomes. The projects were built on individual lots of 120 m² (1,292 SF), offering a range of home types from 65 m² (700 SF) to 110 m² (1,184 SF), each with its own private patio. These communities were thoughtfully designed with shared amenities including landscaped public parks, a community swimming pool, tennis courts, and a soccer field, all aimed at enhancing residents' quality of life. My role focused on on-site coordination, supervision of construction teams, and ensuring that the infrastructure and finishes met project standards.

As a Development Associate at Fortis Design + Build, I contributed to bid leveling and consultant coordination for Pagani Residences, a 28‑story, 70‑unit luxury condominium in North Bay Village, Miami. Units range from approximately 2,000 to 3,300 sq ft (185 to 307 m²), with expansive outdoor terraces of 800–1,040 sq ft (74 to 97 m²). Penthouses offer up to 6,900 sq ft (641 m²) of interior space with up to 4,400 sq ft (409 m²) terraces.

Currently under construction, the G House is one of the largest—if not the largest—new waterfront homes in Miami-Dade County. Located in Palmetto Bay, this private estate features over 26,000 SF of air-conditioned living space. The project includes luxury amenities such as a private three-hole golf course, an elevated infinity pool valued at over $1 million, and an expansive layout tailored for resort-style living.
As Project Coordinator for MONIOMI Design, I work closely with the general contractor, MV Group, to ensure seamless communication between design and construction teams, oversee on-site progress, and coordinate key milestones in the build-out of this landmark residence.

S Residence involves the renovation of a two-story penthouse in Miami Beach, with scope covering selective demolition, MEP upgrades, new framing, low-voltage systems, millwork, etc.
In my role as Project Coordinator at MONIOMI Design, I worked closely with the design team and general contractor to support a smooth construction process. I helped coordinate trades, monitored for potential design or construction conflicts, and communicated solutions early to minimize delays. By staying involved in day-to-day coordination, I supported clear communication between teams and contributed to maintaining the quality and intent of the design throughout the build.
